With summer right around the corner, I can already feel the warmth of the sun on my skin which makes it the perfect time to reflect on all the places I love most.
I spend a lot of time in Italy, and that means pasta—lots and lots of pasta. When I’m back home, I love to recreate some of my favourite dishes to bring a little slice of Italy to my family and friends.
Sometimes, I come across a recipe that’s so delicious, so inventive, that I just have to learn how to make it myself. And when I ask the chef for the recipe, I always get the same response... a little of this, a little of that. As frustrating as that is, I see it as a challenge. I’m determined to crack the code and recreate that perfect sauce.
